Cm Club: Business name?

I have decided i would like to have a name for my childminding business, havent a clue what just yet but wondered whether you have to register it to anywhere? Thanks in advance for any replies!

No - you can call your business what you like (afaik) but chqs need to be in your bname to pay into the bank

If you want parents tpo pay chqs to Joe bloggs minding - then it will cost something (and involve paperwork)

I just do it the easy way (cos I'm lazy )
