ok, now i no i am blonde and have never been that good on the internet but im buggered if i can find who i need to ring to get set up as a minder. i know the local college runs a course, but there are 4 and all cost a hundred pounds etc. dont want to enroll in the wrong one. want to do it properly, ofsted etc. so please could someone who has some brain cells ( as obviously i havnt any left as spent an hour trying to find it) give me the number to ring to start the ball rolling. i am in st. neots which is in cambridgshire, but under huntingdon county council.

please help as have tried ofsted, and sure start and council pages but to no help. many thanks if anyone tries.

phone local council (find number in yellow pages etc) and ask for early years development department

The courses will prob be funded by them.

The process will end up involving contacting ofsted etc but your council has to set ball rolling

Ask for details of a pre-registration training session (think that's how most councils do it)
