Holidays for PT nanny

I was wondering how many holidays a nanny working 3 hours a day 3 days a week is entitled to.

I would look at it as 4weeks of normal work so 12 days of 3hrs plus any bank hols that fall on their work days. Sure someone will explain better /correct me soon

I worked it out as 50.4 hours or 16.8 days this saying 28 days including bank holidays is normal and calculating back from that.
Remember you can not round down so I would give 17 days as having to cover 2 hours of a shift would be too much hassle for me.

3 hours x 3 days = 9 hours per week worked.
Minimum holiday = 5.6 weeks therefore
9 x 5.6 = 50.4 hours

50.4 / 3 = 16.8 days

If a bank holiday falls on a working day and you do not want them to work that day, then you deduct the hours they would have worked from the holiday entitlement, so 3 hours. same applies for any days they request off work.
