nanny job needed in wd6

I have just left school and i am unsuccessfully looking for a job as a nanny,could anyone tell me how you hire your nannies? and how much I should charge?

do you have any experience at all?

Anything could you could call a "qualification"?

Most parents want a Criminal Records Bureau check (CRB or police check) and first aid as an absolute minimum. You will also need checkable refs as i wknow that i wouldn't just hand over my children to a complete stranger!

yeah ive bn babysittin for four years now i babysit for five ifferent families nd ive worked in two nurseries. with the crb check i cant do it unless im registered wid sumone its so stressful.lol ta for reply tho xx
