Childcare vouchers query

Some of my parents have asked if I can use the MOD childcare voucher scheme (sodexo?) I sent the paperwork off over a fortnight ago and have heard nothing back - is it usual to take this long?

I have used Sodexo with no problems in the past (not used at the moment).

Give the voucher company a call.

I have also used Sodexo until fairly recently without any problems - I think it took about a week to get set up but they were always very helpful the few times I had to call them. After 2 weeks I would ring & check the parents have done their part as the application might not even being processed yet. I would insist parents continued paying in full until voucher scheme was set up mind you.

I got in touch and they had sent my email to the wrong address and I now have my account number. Becasue I ahven't used them before I am not sure how they work. Once the parents pay the voucher company, how long does it take for the money to transfer into my bank account?

I don't know when the parents have processed their vouchers, but I always got paid on time, so I'm guessing they turn the money around pretty quickly.

I used to get an email the same day parent made the request confirming the payment then it was usually in my account within 2-3 working days so pretty quick.
