Anyone know going rate for nanny share in central London?

We are planning to nanny share a couple of days a week with a family with same age baby - the babies are about nine months old. We will employ the nanny five days a week and have already agreed £10 ph net on the basis of one baby only. She has agreed in principle to the nanny share subject to negotiating the hours and pay. Is £12.50 ph reasonable for the days when she has the two of them? Thanks in advance for any suggestions/helpful comments.

I was quoted £12 net ph when looking into nanny shares last year (for two 11 month olds). zone 2.

do make sure you agree a gross rate though!

Thanks that's really helpful. Yes I spent ages trying to work out a grossed up figure for the £10 ph bit so would definitely be easier to start off negotiating a gross salary!

No worries Smile Any nanny pay roll company can help you turn a net rate into a gross one by the way. The online calculators are reasonably accurate though as long as the nannyshare will be her only job.
