sew the name tags in DS1's clothes before he starts pre-school? is that part of looking after the pampered prince's every need between 8am and 6pm? or is that taking the mick?

Hi, that's a perfectly reasonable request. We nannies do (or are supposed to do) anyhting related to the care and wellbeing of pampered princes as princesses. Sewing labels on school uniform albeit fiddly and boring (especially the socks - what's with that??) is a part of my job. Although not for a long while in my current position, the babies are only 8 months old.

Go for it. Someone has to do it.

Oh yes... I used to do this for four children when I was a nanny, very boring but a part of the job!

yup.... that is one of typical nannies duties...

ANYTHING to do with the children.... which that IS for sure!

(I HATE sewing and my boss gets iron on ones though... MUCH easier )
