Any term time only nannies? What do you do about holidays? And there's 1 bank holiday that falls in school holiday.

I only work on fridays.

I'd really like to be able to choose a couple of days.

Good Friday me be term time or may not. Do you have dates of what your employer considers to be termtime.

I would use 12.07% of time worked for holiday calc. May not be entirely right but should be close.

Do you have to take all holiday during term time or all outside of termtime?

Not a nanny but I employ someone Fridays only in a term time only role (after school club)

Her contract states she is entitled to 5.6 weeks holiday pro rata to be taken out of term time only (as is standard in educational environments)

I use the governments online holiday pay calculator to calculate how much holiday she has accrued & pay it three times per year at the end of every term.
