Covering our nanny's maternity leave

Hi, our nanny is pregnant and will be taking approx 5 months maternity leave from the end of March. She is live-out and does 40 hours a week.

We have 2 ds aged 3.5 and 2. They'll both be in nursery 2 short days a week from February but only term time, so we need pretty much full time care.

Any advice on options would be really appreciated please.

Are your children’s vaccines up to date?

Look at if nursery could take them for longer. Could perhaps combine with a childminder doing 3 full days and nursery doing 2 full days.

Are working hours the reason you have a nanny, such as early start, late finish? If so, then a temp nanny.
