My mum says she gets red crosses all over my website where images should be so looks really odd. I've checked and it's fine for me.

Would anyone mind checking for me to work out if it's a problem with mum's pc or my website. I did add a new link to links page today so I'm worried that's done something funny.

It's here

Thanks

the portfolio page doesn't have ictures just boxes with red crosses, home page has something missing and a red cross too, ditto the childminding websites
Yeah I guess it isn't giving us the pictures
Sorry Looneytune

Thanks guys, I REALLY appreciate it! I'm totally at a loss to why I am seeing it perfect and others aren't! Guess I'll have to add it to my TO DO list

Oops my typing has things missing too. Should really preview first

ayla99 · 20/07/2006 18:50

Its because the path to the inage is leading to a directory on your pc instead of the directory where you uploaded the pictures.

Right click on each picture & click on properties & you'll see where the pc is looking for the picture.

You just need to change all the path names. Its easier to link to pic1.gif or images/pic1.gif instead of the full path name.
