Mother's Help, is that what I am after?

I am a SAHM who is unexpectedly but delightedly pg with DC3. DD2 will only be 13 months old when DC3 is born. I am hoping DD1 will be in nursery by then but it looks doubtful.

I think I will just need an extra pair of hands to help me keep the household running and the elder little ones happy. Is that what a mother's help does or is there something else that would be more suitable?

I am entirely new to this sort of thing so any advice at all would be welcome.

Yep, mothers help...

You can.both take it in turns to give the children 1:1 time and she can also.do.things like look after all.of them while you nap, wash up, clean up toys, tidy kitchen.etc, some.do.washing / ironing / light house work but this will.depend on individuals.. Make your ad very clear what you would like with shared care as well as sole charge care.. Try to get someone with new born experience too...

Good luck

I think I need the same thing but when I contacted a couple of agencies they were quoting nanny rates. One also said they'd be qualified nannies anyway so need to be paid accordingly but I'm not returning to work for a while so paying nanny prices fixing make sense.
Where would I advertise for a mother's help?
