Today it came to my attention that MrAnchovy's excellent PAYE calculator is currently off-line. I hope it comes back.

Meanwhile, some alternatives are:

Reverse Tax Calculator - this will take a Monthly net figure and calculate the gross figure. Net to Gross.

Listen To Taxman this takes a gross figure and calculates the net. Gross to Net.
