Where to find mothershelp/aupair

I work away two days per week with my dp having to do the nursery/childminder run. It is only for 5 months of the year, but this year I want to organise some help for him for the days I am away - any suggestions would be much appreciated!!

We used www.greataupair.com - found a great girl. Need to do lots of reference-checking and emailing first though.
