Trying to work out all of my options and this is one.

ds is 3.5 and started nursery a few months ago, due to a change in circumstances he might be going full time ie ten sessions a week.

My question is from talking to another minder who said she could have him in her over fives because of the sessions butnot in her under fives because she is already full.

What is everyones thoughts on this does he count as over or under in her numbers?

He is an under 5still I would say.Ofsted only allow a child to be classed as an over 5 if the child is 4 and at school not nursery. You should nmake a call though just to check.Im not sure what you mean though. When will the cm look after ds?
