Following earlier thread in which I was thinking about an au pair it is clear our needs really require a nanny. I had considered a live out nanny before - rates round here are about £8 an hour, but what would a live in nanny expect pay wise?
she would be caring for 2yo dtds and occasionally dd1 5yo - roughly 30 hours a week but if dh can change his hours might be 24.
Sorry, completely out of the blue that I might be changing my job so looking at all options but need advice from you experts :)
