Ive just been down to Tesco to see if I could put a card up in order to advertise as childminder and they said no just if your selling soething or if you are a local nursing home advertising for staff. How mad is that!!I said why just nursing homes she said because it helps the local community. Doesnt childminding help the local community?

How annoying! Morrisons told me I couldn't put a poster up because their board is only for charities/community information. I pointed out it was half empty & my poster is extremely informative to the community and a huge proportion of their customers but he wasn't having any of it. He did say I could pay to put up a card though.

My gp surgery won't put up my stuff either because their board is only for health matters. I do know they've put up posters for toddler groups & toy libraries. Probably worth asking again when someone else is on the desk.

Once registered you'll get a form to fill in and send back, as soon as you've done this they'll advertise for you

The details come from ofsted so could not appear straightaway as they only download the info every week. Details cant be change ie name address and personal details apart from vacancies by cis only ofsted.

Hi there, the morrisons near me said that i just need to fill in a card which they gave me and i could advertise for free. The only thing is, is that i would have to complete one every week.
