Hi I am going for a 3 day week (7 hrs a day) term time only job. I assume all holiday will need to be taken in school holidays so how much holiday would I be entitled to (in hours or days). So I know how many weeks a year I need to have put in my contract as 'working' weeks. Thanks

Multiply annual worked hours by 12.07

I work part time term time only and still accrue a small amount holiday which I take during my working periods. I think it will depend on your contract. I leave the working out to hr!

So 21 hrs a week x 38 weeks a yr = 798 hrs

798 x 12.07 = 9631.86????????

Or should I divide it which makes 798/12.07 =66

66 / 7 = 9.444 days

So I would be owed 9.5 days a year including any bank hols?

Thanks

12.07% it should have said. So divide total hours by 100 and multiply by 12.07

Thanks worked it out now to 13.75 so 14 days which sounds better!
