Can you see a problem with this? Nanny pay/ pro rata/ holidays

Nanny is going to be working 25 hours per week, term time only until end of July. We've worked out that this averages out as 22 (a bit less) hours per week, taking school holidays into account. So she'd like to be paid for these hours, every month, so that her income is consistent. I think this is how school TAs are paid.

Can anyone see a problem with this? All her holidays will be taken in holiday time, except for one that is already booked in term time.

Thanks.

The only problem I can see is if she leaves early and hasn't worked enough hours to cover the pay and owes you money, not sure how you'd go about getting it back?
