Can someone check my nanny sums?

I just want to be sure I haven't forgotten anything!

Costs:
Nanny's gross salary to include emp'ers and emp'ees tax and NI
Kitty (excursions, travel, treats etc)
Tax company (nannytax etc)

Is there anything I have forgotten? There is no driving involved.

Alternative care if nanny is sick or on holiday?

Wear and tear? Increased food consumption? Increased elec/gas?

Employers insurance? It may be covered in your house insurance, but do check.

Employers liability insurance (may be included in your home contents insurance)
Birthday present for nanny, xmas present

Thank you all. Food and pressies are not a problem as I feed myself when I'm at home so the increase in cost should be minimal. Presents are never a chore
