School holiday contract

I've looked after a 4 yr old girl full time and her brother just in the school holidays.
Girl will be full time school from sept, but I will have them both in school holidays.
I had them both last week on thurs and fri and gave Mum the contracts to sign.
They are away on holiday this week, back next tues.
The contract states 1/2 fees for holiday.
I'm expecting Mum to not want to pay half fees this week.
She's not given me back the contract yet.
Please arm me with some ammo if she refuses to pay!

Presume you discussed financial things prior to giving contract, so they knew that by using your service they were agreeing to those terms.

The family have been with me for 4 years.
At first it was 1 child collected from nursery and 1 child full time.
For the last year, I've had one child to collect from nursery and the brother in school holidays only.
My contract states 1/2 fees for either mine or their holidays.

So last year it was the same situation, if they are away or you are away then it was half fees.

Why a new contract, when does that contract start?

Sorry, I am confused, why the need for a new contract?

The new contract is for Holidays ONLY.
As opposed to all year round.
I dated the contract 25/7/2013 as that was the first day of the school hols.
I gave it to Mum to sign and bring back, but she hasn't brought it yet.
