I'm just looking for some advice from any childminders regarding references.
My DS has been with CM for over 2 years since he was about 4 months, and will be finishing with her shortly when my mat leave starts. He has loved his time there, seems to have been treated as one of the family and I think will really miss her. CM and I haven't always seen eye to eye on a few things, but relationship has been fine if a little strained at times.
What do I put in the reference, and what sort of format should it take? I want to be complimentary without gushing IYKWIM.
