Fantastic day childminding

Just wanted to share what a lovely day I've had. The children had a great time at a lake and asked all sorts of clever questions about what they saw. We came home and decorated gingerbread people (they didn't last long). My lovely teenage DD face painted the children. There was lots of sharing and lovely behaviour. It's the best job in the world.

And I do know other words except lovely, but it has really been a lovely lovely day.

Days like that remind us all why we do the job :) Glad you had a great day

We had a fab day too! Went to a recently revamped play area which was fantastic!All my mindees enjoyed it-something for every age! We had a drink then I treated them all to an ice cream-it was nearly as big as the 2 year old! By the time we got home it was lunch time then the older ones made banana cake while the wee one slept.They all behaved brilliantly!

That's nice to read! We had a nice day too actually. After exhausting myself and the kids last week with non stop trips out, I decided to simply stay at home today as I 'only' had 4 kids. It was great! We made Gingerbread men too.

When it's good this job is really, really good!
