Hi
Trying to help mb so any advice would be great. My two charges are 2.5 and 3.5.
The eldest does not sleep very well often getting up at around 1 and crying for daddy who will iften after soblong take her in to their room which is part of the problem. But its a bit difficult to tell them where they are going wrong. They will often get her to stay in her room though but she wakes her sister up and then they can both be creating for several hours from 1 in the morning. Mb is also 3 weeks away from having a baby so is exhausted. I have recommended using this clock along with a reward chart. They obviously need to consistantly be putting her in bed and not taking her into their room but they worry about her waking the youngest up as they share a room. So after so long they give in and believe that it wont work. Ofcourse with baby on way its gonna get worse. Any one got any other advice i can give them.
Thanks

Hi there was a programme on tv on channel 4 that was quite interesting to watch this is the link bedtimelive.channel4.com/episodes/

They use things like gradual retreat so that you start off in the room and over a period of time you move further away towards the door. HTH
