Does anyone know if the childcare element of tax credits will cover a nanny?

The nanny needs to be Ofsted registered in order for the childcare element of tax credits or Childcare vouchers to be paid. www.nannytax.co.uk/ofsted-register

See WTC5 booklet on HMRC website. Yes some nannies can be paid using tax credits.
What country are you in? Different procedures depending where you live.
