Hi
I am just finishing one of my courses at the moment and for some reason my brain is totally stuck. I was just wondering if anyone had any suggestions to these questions, i would be very greatful.

One question asks, Describe how best to ensure the commitment of parents to establishing routines?

and the second i have answered part one of which is how would you work with a parent to establish a behaviour management agreement, the second part then asks Evaluate behaviour management agreements by considering their positive and negatives which I dont really understand and my tutor is not responding.

Any help would be very appreciated
Thanks

IME, I work hard to set up routines for children to give them stability while they are with me and parents just do whatever they (and i mean they as in the parents, mostly its not in the childrens best interests) want with their children at weekends and in the evenings. I get that this is their right as parents, but when their children have no idea what's going on around them/who is going to be picking them up/putting them to bed etc it gets quite difficult and it's not fair on their children. (Can you tell I'm having a hard time with one of my families at the moment?). So I have no idea how to ensure that parents are committed to establishing routines, but I would love to know the answer!
