I am in the process of returning to childminding after a few years out and need to write my poilicies. We lived in England before and are now in Scotland. I have applied to care inspectorate etc. but wanted to get started. I have seen the free ones you can download but I thought there seemed to be an awful lot and not all relevant. Can anyone tell me which ones in Scotland are definitely needed? Cheers v much.
