Any recommendations for a childminder in Watford?

I'm due in September (So I know I've got a while to think about childcare!) and am planning to go back to work when baby is around 6 months old .. so March 2014 (ish)
Currently living in Watford and have been looking at childminders online but there are so many and I don't want to end up visiting them all!
Wondering if anyone uses a childminder in Watford and has any great recommendations?

What type of hours and days are you looking for?
