Am a single parent working mum of 2 kids. Currently employ a nanny but youngest starts school in September and nanny is leaving in August. Have decided to get an au pair.
My main question is what is the going rate for pocket money for an au pair?
Any handy tips would also be greatly appreciated.
Thanks

May depend how much the au-pair works. Some do 25 hours a week others do more. How many hours would they be doing? If 25 then around £90 a week perhaps.

I pay 80 for 25 hours. My au pair goes to English courses and she told me this is the going rate
