Anyone in the Carlisle area have any suggestions for an acquaintance of mine who needs occasional childcare support, to enable her to get some study time in. Are there any groups of Mums that swap babysitting duties - you sit for four hours for me, I'll sit for four hours for you, kind of thing? Are there any child minders or child-care facilities who do one-off or periodical sessions. Does anyone know if Homestart (The Family Support Charity) is running in the Carlisle area?
