looking for experienced nanny, flexible hours, for our one year old lovely boy. must love outdoors, fun, educational, arts and crafts.

I think you will need to further define "flexible hours". Does that mean you are flexible on what hours she/he wants to work, or that you want them to flexible on hours that may vary from week to week?
