Fed up big time with job!

Seriously have had enough now.
Latest ...
Mboss rings me today stating I owe them 3.5hours as I finished early on Monday due to doctors appointment. I could have been back at work within the hour but mboss decided to send them to Nans instead of me returning to work.

Now I think I owe them an hour as I was prepared to be back at work an hour later. Mboss was shocked when I mentioned this

What do you lot think?

I would expect flexibility for docs appointment, my boss would never ask me to make up the time, and definitely not the extra hours where the kids were unavailable to you. Don't they want you to be flexible? So they should be reasonable too. Hate when bosses are so 'cheap' like that!
