Overnight charge in London? How much do you charge?

Hi. I'm registered for overnight care but never did it and never thought about how much I would charge for it. Now I have being asked by long term clients for an one off only. My hourly rate for this child is 7/hour or 8/hour after 6. How much should I charge for a sleep over?

Not London but Se & my hourly after 8am or before 6pm is £6/hr otherwise £6/half hour and I charge £65 for 1 child 7-8am or £120 for 2 children.

So you charge £65 for an overnight 7pm - 8am?

Yes 7pm-8am. I have had one of my older mindees (11) stay before and charged the same but pick-up at 9am as she didn't want to get up that early Grin. How much we're you thinking? TBH if it's a specific enquiry I'd base it on their age &/or likelihood to sleep through or not!!

I don't have any idea...It is a 2,5 year old, usually a good sleeper but parents sometimes mention he wakes up crying...

I'm in Berkshire and charge £70 for overnight 6pm - 8am.

£8 an hour.

Not a nanny but I'd expect to pay more than 100 pounds for overnight care in London.
