We have found a local family who are happy to do a Nanny share with us. However, we are confused what we do about salary and expenses.

I have two children and she has one- am I right in thinking we should pay 2/3 of the costs and she pays 1/3 or should it be a 50/50 arrangement?

We are looking for a nanny who can drive (the other family have a child at school and we have a daughter at nursery for 2 of the 3 days)- what do we do about insurance if we need to insure on our car? Do we split this 50/50 along with mileage etc?

What is a realistic salary for a Nanny share- we have spoke about £15 gross per hour but was wondering if we could get it down to around £13/14 or this unrealistic?
