Nearly 2 year old mindee just looked up at me after I changed a particularly vile nappy and said "thank you, all clean now". Nothing spectacular, but made me think I blimmin love my job!

Wish I could say the same about the last lesson I had today, with a bunch of yr10 kids. As they left, I shouted, 'have a good weekend and stay safe!' (I always say that, don't know why!) Not one of the 32 of them acknowledged me or wished me a good weekend! The buggers!

my Dd teacher has just spent this week in France with a year 8 group (not Dds class). With all the snow etc must have been a nightmare.
I commented to my daughter when she came home, that poor Miss X must have been exhausted at school today. But she just shrugged her shoulders and said no she was fine.
Think teenagers live in their own bubble tbh, hope you have a lovely weekend!
