well the saga continues. I think I said a couple of weeks ago that OFSTED have lost my £14 registration cheque. They asked me to get a copy of cheque from the bank which I did. I sent it recorded delivery. I called OFSTED today and they cant do anything because the bank didnt photocopy the back properly. My dh says that the bank wont be able to get a good photocopy because they only copy cheques once so Im stuck. I said to the lady ' well OFSTED have cocked up and so have the bank. I just hope when I childmind that I dont make such a hash of it and you seem to be doing'!!

i think i would just pay the fee again, i know you shouldnt have to but whats it gonna take to get it moving i think for what you could potentially be losing out on its a small price to pay iyswim. understand why your angry though, perhaps you could pay it again and then go about getting the original back?

this is really getting me cross. how on earth do they get away with it. my aunt, and my assistant filled out all nec docs beginning of feb, just had crb cert on saturday. guess what. her surname starts with a b but they did it with an f!!!! first they loose a form. then they loose something else. and now this. god help any child in trouble. useless

Yes to be honest LMGs I was just sat downstairs thinking that the only thing I can do is to pay £14 again as its really only me thats going to lose out.

im having problems with ofsted. i had my inspection 3 months ago and they keep telling me i will get the report next week everytime i ring them.

hi bigisbeatifull they got my name wrong on my hubby's CRB form, I can't believe all the mistakes they have made recently, its not right

when i registered originally, they lost my crb form and all the forms that were done on my inspection so the inspector had to come out again!!!!

They must think we do this for fun ay
