paying tax for after school nanny

we are employing an after school nanny from Slowakia for 3 hrs a day. Do we have to pay tak? (we pay £100 per week)

You have to pay employers tax. Pay her in gross and extract employee taxes from her pay. This is especially important because she is part time (i.e. she may have another job).
