How did you find your au pair?

Any agency recommendations? Or other ways to find them? I'm looking specifically for a Dutch one as the dcs are bilingual; I realise that could make it tricky.

I use Aupair-world.net . When searching you can specify which language you need the au pair to speak so that makes it easier to narrow the search down.
You should be fine with Dutch. I also look for a specific language (which is pretty obscure) for the same reason as you and have always managed to find an appropriate au pair there.
