I know you ladies cant do much but so annoyed at ncma membership because i havent been able to work becasue of the accident for the last almost 5 months i think, they want to charge me a higher rate as i am a new member again so i have to pay more money. Am so unhappy about it as it isnt like i went elsewhere for a year and am now complaining about it to come back at a cheaper rate. Memembership team have said that there is nothing they can do.

It ran out in end of jan, accidant was in december and they told me to let it run out and then buy it when i needed it again but didnt say about the cost. I called them to get legal advice before it ran out.

Why not write and say how disappointed you are that they value your business so little - you never know?

jellyjelly · 19/04/2006 19:57

They came back to me and said that they will backdate the policy by a few weeks so i dont have to pay the extra. Am glad because i would have gone to another company if they didnrt value their exsisting customers.
