I've got my 1st clients interview on Wednesday

Is there any tips you want to share . I've got all my policies and procedures / risk assessments in place to show and also I've done a parent pack .
Any one got any tips .

Make sure you use the child's name.

Listen carefully to what they want and be honest about whether you can provide it.

Be very, very clear about your charging policy.

Be yourself. Be honest about what you want to provide. Ask the parents expectations of yourself as a service provider, and make sure you want to meet those lol

Ok thank you . The parents have 2 more before me . So I will use this as learning curve . It will be nice If all goes well and they pick me . X
