Reliable babysitter in the Bromley area

Can anyone recommend a reliable babysitter in Bromley please?

I don't seem to be able to find anyone reliable, all the people I've had in the past, have let me down in the last minute!

I don't mind if they don't speak English as long as they can speak Spanish as my children speak both.

Hi - I live about 30mins from Bromley, and if you were happy to pay an hours extra fee on top of the hours you wanted to go towards travelling costs there and back and my time - then I would be interested depending if I am free when you needed someone.

I do have a minimum of 4hrs regardless if you use me for that time or not, to make it worth my while, so would always be at least 5hrs worth each time iyswim
