cm club: please help with notice letter

hi can you please help with a notice letter. have to send one but want it to be as nice as possible. can't think of a start. please help, i hate the business side of things!

depends on why you are giving notice really........

hi thanks for that. it's because of late payments, short notice of days he needs minded, ie a text at 1 pm when he needs lifted from school at 3pm, etc, etc.

still want to be nice as it's a small village, but wish i didn't have to be. was supposed to collect at 2pm today but didn't arrive until 2.45 but i knew i was giving notice so didn't say a thing! sorry won't be back at computer until tomorrow. tia
