It would be interesting to compare what a cm does and what a person within a nursery does?
What qualification is expeced of nursery staff? the hours they work?
I am a childminder of seven. I take my job very seriously.
I am not in anyway knocking nursery staff, as they do a brilliant job!!
I know they deal with more children, what else is different?
Childminding has changed so much over the years. with the intro of EYFS etc.
Anyone done both?
