I am an NCMA member and understand that to get the free legal help I have to use their contracts. This is fine but I hate their register - Are there any rules that say you have to use their register or can I make my own. What are the important things to include if making my own.
Sorry if this is a stupid question but I want to make sure i am doing everything ok.
Thanks in advance.

I don't think you have to use their register. Just include date, name of child, time dropped off, time collected and a place for you and parent to sign.

Date of birth for each child

Don't know what this NCMA register is?? (I obviously don't use it then!)

If you want to use their legal representation service you have to use their contracts - it doesn't matter whether you use their other paperwork or not.

If you choose not to use their contracts you can still use their legal helpline but you can't get legal representation and you can't use their logo either.
