Unit 65 Early years profile and how it is used for assesment????

Ok... so now i'm tired been up since 5am doing coursework....
So the question is ...Early years profile and how it is used for assesment???? in unit 65....
This is the EYFS standards Yrrrggghhhh????.... Does anyone have a easy answer to this??? { how will i get through the day if i can't answer this???

The EYFS profile (end of Reception summative assessment) has yet to be formally issued, only pilots have been done so far.
Formative assessment is done on a regular basis by practitioners to plan appropriately for children. This is based on the Development Matters Guidance document (or something similar), but this guidance should not be used as a checklist against which to assess.
