Our current live out nanny is leaving us and I've seen a really good candidate who, ideally, wants to live in. We're looking for someone who can do either 3 or 4 days a week (it varies from week to week) and we pay £10ph net. So a live out nanny would get either £270 or £360 net per week. Any suggestions on the right amount to deduct from the weekly salary for a live in nanny? We live in North London.
