CM club- ADVICE ASAP!

Feeling very nervous, have my first parent coming this afternoon at three!
Any advice or pointers of what I should be asking...???
Think she is going to be unsuitable but the practise would be great!

Sort your paperwork out to show her

routine of baby/child...allergies..talk about what activities you would offer the child..offer a daily diary as its a big hit with parents and a great memento...what hours..would they need flexible timings or set times/days...anything they dont like their child to have /do?btw how old is child?
show policies etc..insurance /first aid details.. holiday details..d o you charge for when they are away..sick child policy..settling in period..

Went well, except, as predicted too few hours. Only 12 per week and just term time. Also he has suspected aspegers which is ok but because he would be the only child i'm going to mind, until bubbba here and settled it's too few hours!
Plus, he dislikes lots of children and can be aggressive, whwich means another child is out anyhow.
Shame really because he was really nice, came rushing into my lounge and shouted 'oh wow, look at all the toys!' And he didn't want to leave. But unfortunately the guilt trip didn't work... mum even asked if I could just mind him till I found someone else but just didn't seem fair to him, her or my DD.
Should have another one coing this week tho, this one sounds more promising, so touch wood and whistle!
