Advice re CRB checks and dh's police warning

Years ago whilst young, drunk and very foolish dh got into a fight outside a pub and was arrested. He was given a caution and has never been in any trouble (or fights!) since.

I'm thinking of becoming a child minder and know dh will need a crb too. Do you think his warning will cause us a problem?

Shouldn't do. It will flag up but if not relevant then should pass

You'll have to declare it and they will probably interview you both regarding it (crimes against children, vulnerable adults and/or violence are usually def on this). However I've known many CMs that have still been able to reg.
