Ofsted rang this morning and said they need to come to my house next week to tick a few boxes, I need to have an up to date first aid and know about child protection and sen, 
my 2 charges have no sens, why as a part time nanny do I need to show an awareness of this, as it happens I do have some experience with sen but not extensively
Has anyone else had this and could I ask what I need to expect?
I also think that my first aid may not be a verified ofsted one, in this case are they just likely to reccomend I take a Red Cross one or will they suspend my reg?
