Inspection tomm, only found out today...tips???

They called me this afternonn to see if they could come for my first inspection tomm. I said yes, im quite organised and think ive got everything in place!! Any tips of what they look for etc??

They did the same to me and so I just went through standards book and made my notes on what I anticipated doing to meet them, meal ideas, activities etc...
And obviously cleaned up!!! Lol not that we live in a dump!
She seemed very impressed with me and I only had 3 actions, which I knew I would have to do anyhow. Now all registered and maybe getting first child v.soon!

Multicultural stuff (jigsaws book etc)

Also disability awareness

5 a day, Birth to three (say you will be going on a course)

make sure you are clued up on the Child Protection procedure in your area

make a list of all the toys you have available for the children to use. A friend of mine didnt have all her toys out and her report came back saying she needed more toys especially multi cultural toys! I now have a list of all available resources at the front of my folder so inspector can see what i have even if they are not out!

Make sure your registration certificate is on display.
