Anyone having problems with sending messages on Childcare.co.uk?

Just wondering if there's a problem with my account. I'm a Gold Member (well I was until today when I cancelled) but I've sent 5 messages in the last few weeks and they are all showing as unread. This is really odd. In the past some remain unread for a week or so but never so many for such a long period of time. Has anyone else had this problem and it been a technical fault? Of course it's summer and it's possible that everyone's away but I can't help but wonder...

In fact I've also just cancelled my membership. Waste of my money when I am receiving zero response from all messages sent!

I sent someone a message and got no reply then my friend emailed them and got a response straight away so maybe there's some problem with it? Maybe email them
Rather than message on there to see if you get a response?

Bizarrely, not long after posting this I got a reply!! Only from one person though. I wonder if they moderate the messages and they're all in a queue somewhere?! Wishiwas, I don't have email addresses for any of them unfortunately.

They might be on the profile on childcare.co.uk or a phone number is there sometimes?

Are they? I thought they wouldn't allow you to put those on to encourage you to buy a gold membership. Will go and check now!

You can only view it if you're a gold member, not everyone puts them on but worth checking.
